Small Business Coaching
March 2, 2018

Many small business owners and entrepreneurs are subject matter experts in their particular product or service; however, their new role as entrepreneur may introduce them to a variety of elements where their confidence may not be as strong. A business coach can provide insights, strategies and tools to help them reach the next level of success.

On March 15 at the Business for Breakfast event at the Meridian Technology Center for Business Development, Henry Dumas, Small Business Management Coordinator at Moore Norman Technology Center, will present “Why Should I Use a Business Coach?” and discuss how small business coaches can improve a company’s bottom line. He will cover:

  • The difference between coaching and consulting
  • Objectives of business coaching
  • What it looks like to meet with a business coach
  • How to choose a business coach

Henry Dumas is passionate about helping business owners stabilize and grow their businesses through one-on-one executive coaching.
