Apprenticeships
It’s harder than ever to find employees who have the knowledge, skill and work ethic to meet your business’s needs. Apprenticeship programs pair on-the-job custom training with the expert-led education offered at Tech.
What are Apprenticeships?
Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeships are industry-driven partnerships between employers, participants and Meridian. Apprenticeships begin with employment. On-the-job learning is complimented by technical skills gained through Meridian’s work-friendly training programs. Apprenticeships let participants earn while they learn and allows employers to draw from a larger pool of talent. By the end of the program, apprentices obtain nationally recognized credentials and businesses retain skillful employees.
