Millennials are often labeled as a group of coddled, entitled job-hoppers who expect all their hopes and dreams on a silver platter.
“Certainly, millennials are very different from the generations before them, but like it or not, they are here to stay,” said Marcy Luter, Leadership and Staff Development Training Coordinator, at Meridian Technology Center. “This session will offer insights into the millennial mindset and help you better understand how to successfully integrate them into your business culture.”
On January 9 join Kim Strom, Computer Training Services Coordinator at Meridian, as she facilitates this session which is part of the ongoing HR Matters series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center. Strom will share specific strategies on how to connect with millennials and their unique learning styles as well as offer tips on how to better utilize their talents in your business.
HR Matters sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch.
