It’s been estimated that you think between 20,000 and 70,000 thoughts a day, and all that inner dialogue adds up!
Research reveals that self-talk can have a huge impact on personal success, but what steps can you take to harness this ongoing battle in your brain?
On August 13, as part of the new Lunchtime Learning series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, Anna Irwin will present, “Your Self-Talk Matters: Why Saying is Believing.”
During this session, Irwin will explore strategies to bring self-awareness to your inner voice and will offer realistic ways to shift your perspective so you can harness the science behind self-talk, once and for all.
