Four generations are now represented in today’s workforce. Do you want to build your workforce with tomorrow’s innovative thinkers?
“If so, this session will provide insight on how to diversify your workforce with tomorrow’s best and brightest and what others are doing to build their team of young professionals,” said Marcy Luter, Staff and Management Development Training Coordinator at Meridian. “We’ll spend time discussing best practices, techniques for outreach and how to connect with the next generation of young leaders.”
On March 13, join Roberta Douglas from OSU Career Services, to examine national recruiting and hiring trends across industries, as well as the benefits and challenges in reaching this highly sought after group of career starters. Douglas’ background includes helping countless Stillwater area employers build their workforce since 2003. Her professional experience with Workforce Oklahoma, CareerTech and OSU Career Services has given her a unique perspective and expertise in a wide array of employment types.
