Why Personal Drive Matters
February 9, 2018

When you think about the leaders you most admire, chances are high that a strong level of personal drive will be among their main qualities.

On February 23 as part of the new Elevate Leadership series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, join Jennifer Hladik, a Senior Communication Specialist at Oklahoma State University dedicated to wellness promotion, as she facilitates discussion and networking on why personal drive matters.

“This session will equip you with strategies to push forward as a leader and strengthen your own personal drive, so you can consistently deliver strong results,” said Marcy Luter, Staff and Management Development Training Coordinator at Meridian Technology Center.

A leader who is hard-wired with internal motivation can achieve the following:

  • Consistently turn big ideas into action
  • Overcome obstacles even when circumstances are less than ideal
  • Set the tone for others regarding expectations and results

Elevate Leadership sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch.
