MTC to Host “Know Your Talents, Grow Your Strengths”
September 17, 2018

Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?

Chances are, you don’t.

All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths. It is possible to change all that, though, by harnessing the power of your strengths.

On September 25, Anna Irwin will lead “Know Your Talents, Grow Your Strengths” and teach attendees how to develop their strengths by building on their greatest talents – the way they most naturally feel and behave.

Irwin is a Human Behavior Specialist, focusing on the people skills arena. She assists individuals as they master their communication and leadership skills, ensuring they become an invaluable member of any team they are part of in all areas of their lives. Irwin has worked with numerous organizations across the state to improve their leadership, communication and team cohesiveness skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Boston University. Irwin is a Certified John Maxwell Instructor specializing in engagement, teamwork, productivity and all things leadership.
