Elevate Leadership – What Successful People Do Before Breakfast
August 21, 2017

Bonnie Cain-Wood HeadshotIf your mornings leave you feeling stressed and defeated before work even begins, you might need a morning makeover.

On August 25 as part of the ongoing Elevate Leadership series co-sponsored by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and Meridian Technology Center, join Bonnie Cain-Wood, Communication Services Manager for OSU Libraries, as she facilitates discussion and networking on What Successful People Do Before Breakfast.

“According to time management expert Laura Vanderkam, mornings hold the key to taking control of our schedules,” said Marcy Luter, Leadership and Staff Development Training Coordinator, at Meridian Technology Center. “If we use mornings wisely, we can build habits that will allow us to lead happier, more productive lives. This session, based on Vanderkam’s book by the same name, will help participants establish a morning routine to jump start the day before it even begins.”

Elevate Leadership sessions are held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Meridian’s campus. Registration is $15 per session and includes lunch. For more information or to register for the upcoming Elevate Leadership series visit meridiantech.edu/Elevate-Leadership or contact Luter at marcyl@meridiantech.edu or (405) 377-3333 ext. 297 or toll-free at (888) 607-2509.
