The PEAK business incubator at South Division now has the opportunity to utilize our licensed commercial kitchen facilities for developing your food product – and grow your business! This is our shared commercial kitchen in Guthrie, OK. This space is utilized for Meridian’s culinary classes, catering, and assisting culinary entrepreneurs with licensed kitchen facilities and the ideal space to grow or launch their businesses. Once accepted as a tenant of our business incubator, you will have access to our state of the art kitchen facilities for food production and packaging.

  1. Food Handler’s Certificate

    All owners and employees of your food business must have a Food Handler’s Certificate.

  2. Oklahoma Health Department Permit

    A permit from the State Health Department authorizing you or your company to produce food in a commercial kitchen space.

  3. Insurance

    A certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $1,000,000 commercial general liability and food product liability listing Meridian Technology Center as “Additional Insured”. Client must have the policy for the entire duration of kitchen use.

  4. Shared Kitchen signed Lease and Policy Handbook

    The Operating Agreement is the contract of Terms and Conditions related to using our shared kitchen space. You will sign off as having received and read the Policy Handbook. Your signature signifies acceptance of all of the policies contained therein.

  5. Security Deposit

    A security deposit of $150 is required.

Schedule/Reserve Kitchen Time

Once approved, to reserve your kitchen time visit:
Create an account, verify your email, then once logged in, you’ll be able to select kitchen time blocks in 1 hour slots during open kitchen hours.
Once reservations are scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your reservation as well as a reminder for your reservation 48 hours in advance.
