What are Apprenticeships?

Apprenticeships are industry-driven partnerships between employers, participants and Meridian.

On-the-job learning is complimented by technical skills gained through Meridian’s work-friendly training programs. Participants earn while they learn and employers are able to draw from a larger pool of talent. By the end of the program, apprentices obtain nationally recognized credentials and businesses retain skillful employees.
