Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner with Meridian Technology Center. This page lists request for bids and request for quotes for all campuses.
In order to obtain bid documents and addenda please complete and submit the Request for Bid Documents Form below in its entirety. All packages posted on the website must be downloaded, and the website must be checked during the solicitation period to ensure all addenda and additional forms/information are received. Respondents are responsible for ensuring all documents are received, reviewed and incorporated into their response prior to the bid due date and time.
In order to conduct business with Meridian Technology Center all contractors must furnish:
- W-9 (IRS Form) (Please note that the most updated form from the IRS at the time is required)

Certificates of Insurance for both Worker’s Compensation and Commercial General Liability, minimum $1,000,000. For projects $250,000 or higher the minimum is increased to $2,000,000.

Automobile Liability Insurance, including owned, non-owned, and hired motor vehicles with limits not less than $1,000,000 with Meridian Technology Center listed as an additional insured.

Please note that these documents are not required to sign up for the Bid Notice below but will be required before a purchase order for the project can be generated.
If a contractor is submitting a bid they must include:
- Bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid
- Proposal Guaranty
- Business Relationship Affidavit
- Non-collusion Affidavit
- Felony Affidavit
Bonds to include:
- Performance Bond
- Statutory Bond
- Defect Bond
Failure to submit required documents may result in a contract, bid or quote being voided. MTC cannot make payment until all requirements are met. Payments are released the next day after approval by the board of education during a scheduled meeting. You are encouraged to familiarize yourself with MTC payment policies to avoid complications. 2026 District Paint Project (Posted 3.11.2026)
Notice is hereby given that the Meridian Technology Center will receive sealed bids on the 2026 District Paint Project on its Main Campus located in Stillwater, OK and South Campus located in Guthrie, OK.
A complete set of bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at no charge from Jeremy Zweiacker at Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074 or by completing the Request for Bid Documents located at www.meridiantech.edu/bids
Each Bidder must include a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on award of contract or rejection of their bids. Bid security of successful Bidder will be returned when contract has been approved by the Meridian Technology Center Board of Education.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held in E-129 – The Lecture Hall, Main Campus, Stillwater, OK at 9:00AM local time Tuesday, March 24, 2026. This is the only time questions will be answered. Bidders are invited to conduct a site visit at the South Campus located at 3025 South Division in Guthrie after the site visit in Stillwater.
Bids clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with name of Bidder and 2026 District Paint Project shall be submitted via postal mail to the Superintendent’s Office, Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, OK 74074, or delivered in person on or before 1:00PM local time, Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set will not be accepted.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in room E-129 – The Lecture Hall immediately following the previously stated closing time.
The Board of Education or its representative will evaluate all bids and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any of the listed specifications.

Notice is hereby given that Meridian Technology Center will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Main Campus Road Improvement Project on its Main Campus located in Stillwater, OK.
A complete set of electronic bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at no charge from Jeremy Zweiacker at Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074, or by completing the Request for Bid Documents form available at www.meridiantech.edu/bids. Printed sets are available at a cost of $45.
Each bidder must include a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Bid security for unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the award of the contract or the rejection of their bids. Bid security for the successful bidder will be returned once the contract has been approved by the Meridian Technology Center Board of Education.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held in E-129 – The Lecture Hall at 11:00 AM local time on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. This is the only time questions will be answered.

Notice is hereby given that the Meridian Technology Center will receive sealed bids on 2027 Model Conventional School Bus.
Bid documents and specifications may be obtained at no charge from Jeremy Zweiacker at Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, Oklahoma or by completing the Request for Bid Documents located at www.meridiantech.edu/bids.
Sealed bids, clearly labeled with the Bidder’s name and the project title “2027 Model Conventional School Bus,” must be mailed to the Superintendent’s Office, Meridian Technology Center, 1312 South Sangre Road, Stillwater, OK 74074, or delivered in person on or before 12:30PM local time, Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Sealed bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) before the time set will not be accepted.
