Transcription/Legal Assistant

Primary Function

Busy law firm looking for a personable, responsible and detail oriented legal assistant to transcribe documents from dictation, answer phones, greet clients, make copies, scan documents, open files, and assist with filing.  Applicant may have duties in assisting with, keeping office neat including, emptying trash and vacuuming. Additional opportunities are available to the right candidate.

Required Skills

Applicant must have excellent typing and word processing skills with proficiency in English grammar. A background in accounting would be great, but not required. Applicant must be proficient in Word.


Part time position, available immediately. 20 hours a week, choose your shift: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
