Summary of Responsibilities:
Works under the general supervision of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma Gaming Commission Surveillance Director and is responsible for surveillance of Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma-owned casinos. Observes and reports findings to the Gaming Commission and law enforcement agencies, as appropriate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains daily activity logs and other related reports.
Monitors casino cameras.
Reports any questionable activity to Gaming Commission and law enforcement.
Required to become familiar with TICS (Tribal Internal Control Standards) , MICS (Internal control standards), policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must exhibit strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with the ability to proactively deal with casino licensees.
Ability to follow orders and directives readily.
Ability to use good judgment and critical thinking skills to refer potential observations to Gaming and law enforcement.
Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
Must possess proficient technical skills in the use of computers and related software.
Ability to multi-task and be able to pay attention to many things at the same time.
Must be able to maintain a Gaming License
