Municipal Court/Utility Clerk

Primary Function

The City of Guthrie is accepting applications for the position of Municipal Court/Utility Clerk. Under the direction of the City Clerk/Treasurer, this position performs a full range of clerical duties in the Finance Department, including municipal court, utility cashier/billing, and cemetery records.

Required Skills

The minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of customer service experience, ability to maintain a cash drawer, strong oral communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Applicants must be bondable in the Finance Department for the City of Guthrie and must participate in the Oklahoma Municipal Court Clerks Association and pursue certification within one year of employment
