Primary Function

Bayou Bistreaux is hiring great new team members to assist in the opening of this new exciting Cajun concept restaurant in Stillwater. We are interviewing for all positions in both front and back of house. The restaurant will be opening in July serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.

Required Skills

Cooks:
* Knowledge of food safety principles; ServSafe certification desired
* Excellent knife skills and ability to operate kitchen machinery
* Desire to learn new cuisine and cooking methods
* Ability to follow recipes and directions
* Able to work varying shifts throughout the week

Servers/ Hostess:
* Great attitude to provide great customer service
* Current ABLE license or ability to acquire one
* Basic POS skills
* Be a team player!

Bartenders:
* Current ABLE license
* Experience in setting up bar, serving drinks, serving customers
* Demonstrate knowledge of drink varieties
* Maintain cleanliness of bar; manage inventory
* POS skills

General Help:
* Dishwashers, bussers, prep cooks
* Clean dining room, bathrooms and kitchen as directed
* Remove trash
* Assist with basic preparation as needed

Hours

Lunch and Dinner hours

Salary Range

Depending upon experience
