Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Kit, build, and assemble electronic hardware per military requirements.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic Qualifications: Must be a United States citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States (no sponsorship). Background/Credit check required. Must be able to pass Drug/Alcohol Test administered in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Ability to distinguish color
Special Skills or Abilities Required:
•Must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
•Aptitude to learn to solder.
•Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
•Works in a positive, cooperative, and respectful manner to proactively respond to the needs of internal/external customers.
•Complies with assigned work schedules and overtime requests required to fulfill program/organizational objectives.
•Ability to accept supervisory critique and deal calmly and effectively with stressful situations.
•Job tasks are performed in close proximity to other people within a climate-controlled environment.
•Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, walking, sitting, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
•Frequent lifting (up to 30 pounds).
Must be available to work required hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with occasional overtime
