Primary Function

Part-time position. Initially, mostly organizing and filing. Data entry into spreadsheets and possibly creating Word documents. Performing monthly bank reconciliations for non-profit organization.

Required Skills

Must be flexible depending on what is needed. Strong organization skills preferred. Spreadsheet (Excel), Word, Quicken and/or QuickBooks and basic accounting are a bonus


Flexible – approximately 10 hours per week
