Justin’s passion is to work closely with innovative entrepreneurs and assist them with developing a sustainable business model that brings company growth. Justin’s background is anchored in international market development, new product launch and business process reengineering. He has a master’s in business administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management with a specialization in entrepreneurship. He is also an adjunct professor of international business, business ethics and entrepreneurship.
Brad assists new businesses and incubator clients through educational programming and one-on-one consulting in product development and marketing. He recruits new client companies, mentors startups, serves as a community liaison and coordinates entrepreneurship courses. He also manages the Business for Breakfast podcast with Bill VanNess. Brad’s background is in product management and B2B marketing.
Diane has worked at Meridian since 2006. She is a resource for clients in the business incubator and is available to provide support on client projects. She has a bachelor’s in business management and ethics and has 40 years of experience working with small businesses and in the banking industry with investments and new accounts. Diane has been a small business owner for nearly 20 years and currently has a bookkeeping service where she provides accounts payable/receivable, payroll and employer tax reporting utilizing QuickBooks.
