Dr. Ron Duggins is the Director of the Center for Business Development. His professional background includes entrepreneurship development and research, economic development work, export assistance, international education and consulting, and vocational training in developing countries. He also teaches MBA classes as an adjunct professor at two private universities in Oklahoma City as well as volunteers with non-profits that seek to provide assistance to organizations and individuals seeking self-sufficiency through locally based development programs.

Ron also serves as the Director of the Oklahoma Technology & Research Park

 
Brad Rickelman

Brad Rickelman is the Assistant Director of the Center for Business Development. He assists new businesses in product development and marketing. He also teaches entrepreneurship courses for the local community.  He recruits new client companies, mentors start-ups, serves as community liaison and oversees operations management for the facility.

Brad’s background is in software product management and B2B marketing. Brad started in technical support and training for database applications and was also product and marketing manager for a software manufacturing control system company. Previous to joining Meridian Technology Center, Brad was Advertising Manager at MerCruiser boat engines. Outside of his experience at MerCruiser, Brad has spent his career within small high-tech companies.

 
Diane Maddox

Diane Maddox has worked as the Office Coordinator of the Center for Business Development since 2006. She has a degree in Business Management & Ethics and 34 yrs business experience in banking and small business.  Formerly employed as a bank officer and as a leader of a non-profit organization, she has been a small business owner for the past 12 years.
