Alan Drew

Alan’s role is to work with business and industry to train their workforce in safety and OSHA compliance. As a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), he can offer clients not only safety training, but also safety audits and consulting. Alan joined the Meridian team more than 10 years ago and has assisted a wide array of businesses and organizations in creating a strong safety culture resulting in cost savings, enhanced employee safety and increased morale.
Alan has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technical Education and a master’s in Education Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. He holds a broad range of workplace safety certifications. His professional experience includes construction, manufacturing and vocational education.
Rebecca Eastham

Rebecca works with business and industry clients to identify training and development needs throughout their organizations and matches resources to assist in meeting those needs. She provides assistance in the areas of human resources, strategic planning, team building and organizational development.
Rebecca’s professional background includes 20 years in the hospitality industry in both human resources and operations. Her prior experience also includes full-time and adjunct instruction at Oklahoma State University and Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Spring, Colo. Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Human Relations with an emphasis in Employee Development from the University of Oklahoma.
Jeff Forquer

Assisting business and industry with industrial and technical training, Jeff’s primary duties are to assess the training needs and provide customized training solutions for Meridian clients, particularly manufacturing organizations. He coordinates training programs using the Training for Industry Program (TIP) and Existing Industry Fund (EIF) program which provides assistance to growing businesses. Jeff also provides instruction on construction and general industry OSHA courses for clients as well as secondary students.
Jeff is a U.S. Army Veteran with 25 years of active duty service. He holds a master’s degree in Education in Teaching and Instruction. He also serves on the Oklahoma Predictive Maintenance User’s Group (OPMUG) board of directors.
Donalyn Horner

Donalyn Horner has provided administrative support for Business and Industry at Meridian Technology Center since 2005. She works with the Safety Coordinator to help facilitate the Safety Training classes by working with clients to understand their training and equipment needs and preparing the necessary paperwork.
Donalyn has an extensive background in the oil and gas exploration field and owned and operated a small independent trucking business for several years.

Judi Leonard has been at Meridian Technology Center since June 2003. Her first eight years were spent in the Career Planning Center and Program Administration working with instructors, student enrollment, tuition calculations and high school procedures.
As support for the Computer Training Division, she works to facilitate industry computer training services as well as short-term professional and personal interest classes. Her professional background includes 17 years as a high school teacher, a secretary/bookkeeper in the oil and gas industry, and owner and manager in the restaurant field.
Marcy Luter

Marcy works with businesses and organizations of all kinds to meet their goals through training and other educational opportunities for their greatest asset … their human resources. Her areas of expertise include personal effectiveness and time management, playing to your strengths, communication skills and team dynamics.
Marcy holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University, and she is a certified facilitator and trainer for FranklinCovey, Gallup’s StrengthsQuest assessment, Development Dimensions International, AchieveGlobal and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Sherry Perrin

As Training Contracts Specialist, Sherry assists industry clients with securing funding assistance for specialized training. Her responsibilities include the Training for Industry Program (TIP) and Existing Industry Funding (EIF) application and invoicing process, customized industry training contracts and invoicing procedures, providing assistance with the establishment and management of apprenticeship programs, as well as establishing and maintaining customer relations with district industry clients. She is also a Certified Facilitator for Real Colors.
Sherry has been affiliated with Meridian Technology Center’s Business and Industry Division for 10 years. Prior to joining Meridian she owned and operated her own entertainment business in Stillwater for 15 years.
Susan Sharpton

Prior to working at Meridian Technology Center, Susan taught computer and accounting courses for Northern Oklahoma College in Stillwater and Oklahoma State University. Susan brings with her 12 years of experience in accounting and banking. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Computer Technology and Mathematics, with special studies in Curriculum Design. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Accounting.
Kim Strom
Kim’s background includes 20 years in the software and application development industry. She has extensive experience in design, development, testing, implementation and end-user training. She holds a bachelor’s in Mathematics and a master's in Business Administration. She is serves on the Board of Trustees and as Secretary for the Stillwater Public Education Foundation (SPEF) and is very active in the community.
